Textile Landscapes

Geologie is a collection inspired by the textile landscapes nature offers us: layered rocks, minerals, ancient earth, and surfaces shaped by time become the starting point for a tactile and sensory exploration of wool. The fabrics evoke quiet, contemplative environments through three-dimensional structures, irregular bouclé textures, dense wools, and soft finishes that recall the contrast between raw surfaces and stones smoothed by water. A palette of mineral and natural tones completes the narrative, bringing to life a collection that feels deeply contemporary: made to be seen, made to be touched.
Geologie is the result of research in nature and of the shifting impressions gathered from observing open lands and landscapes, of voids and solids that become three-dimensional.

Silences: Echoes of Nature

Every fabric tells a landscape.
With this collection, we explored territories shaped by rocks, minerals, and surfaces and atmospheres sculpted by time. Our goal was to transform nature’s inspiration into textile matter. The colors recall natural elements, while the textures reproduce layers, erosions, and reliefs that invite touch even before sight. The result is a series of contemporary textile landscapes, where wool interprets the power of nature with elegance, comfort, and authenticity, creating fabrics that evoke emotions and tell stories through material.

Three-Dimensionality

Three-dimensionality is one of the collection’s central themes and represents the meeting point between aesthetic research and textile innovation. The inspiration comes from observing natural surfaces: rocky walls shaped by weathering, geological layers, crystallized minerals, and landscapes sculpted by time. Through the language of fabric, these elements are reinterpreted in a contemporary way to create materials rich in depth and character.

To achieve this result, the research focused on building textile structures capable of generating volume and movement. Irregular bouclé, complex weaves, embossed effects, yarns with different textures, and sophisticated finishing techniques all contribute to creating surfaces that are not meant to be seen only, but also touched and explored. Each fabric develops its own material identity, defined by solids and voids, dense areas, and raised details that echo the authentic “imperfections” of nature.

Light becomes an integral part of the project. As it passes through the different textures, it creates shades, shadows, and reflections that constantly transform the perception of the fabric, just as happens when observing a rock formation or a mineral surface. The result is a dynamic collection in which volume is not just an aesthetic effect, but a storytelling tool capable of expressing the strength of matter and the constant dialogue between nature and design.

In this way, wool expresses its full potential, becoming a soft and enveloping architectural surface that combines comfort, elegance, and stylistic research. Three-dimensionality is not only a technical feature of the collection, but the means through which textile landscapes take shape and gain depth, transforming each fabric into a visual and sensory experience.

Earth Tones

The collection’s palette is inspired by the observation of natural landscapes and the endless shades the earth reveals over time. This is not simply a chromatic selection, but a true visual narrative rooted in materiality. Graphite, basalt, and peat tones evoke the solidity of rock and the depth of mineral soils, while lichen greens recall the vegetation that slowly takes hold of the most rugged surfaces. Petrol blue introduces a deeper, more contemplative dimension, inspired by dark waters and the reflections of wet stone, while mineral rust tones speak of the transformation processes that nature carries out without pause.

Balancing these intense shades are misty ivories and oxidized silver accents, which bring light, softness, and refinement to the entire collection. These colors evoke the morning fog that wraps alpine landscapes, the surfaces smoothed by water, and the metallic reflections hidden within rock formations.

The result is a sophisticated and timeless palette, capable of conveying authenticity, balance, and elegance. These are colors that do not follow passing trends, but instead enter into dialogue with nature and its ability to create perfect harmonies. In Geologie, each shade contributes to building a coherent textile landscape, where material, light, and color merge into a deeply engaging visual experience.

Organic Geometries

In nature, nothing is perfectly regular, yet every element finds its own balance. The layering of rocks, the veins in minerals, the outlines of mountains, and the marks left by water on surfaces generate spontaneous geometries, the result of natural processes that unfold over time. It is from this imperfect harmony that the inspiration for “organic geometries” is born.

The collection interprets these natural signs through textile structures that evoke movement, depth, and transformation. Subtle patterns, irregular textures, intricate weaves, and material variations create surfaces that seem shaped by the elements, much like geological landscapes. The forms do not follow rigid schemes, but develop through a fluid and authentic language capable of conveying dynamism.

The stylistic research focuses on the fabric’s ability to tell the complexity of nature through refined details and sophisticated constructions. Microstructures, raised surfaces, and alternations of solids and voids create compositions that recall the hidden textures of the earth, turning each fabric into a surface to observe and discover.

The result is a balance between order and spontaneity, between design and nature. These are geometries that are not imposed on the material, but emerge from it, giving life to contemporary fabrics that celebrate the authentic beauty of natural forms and their extraordinary ability to generate harmony.
