We make our pure wool fabrics machine washable.
All our fabrics can be made “Washable”. Washable is a Titanus trademark that identifies a specific finishing treatment designed to simplify the care and maintenance of fabrics and garments. A Washable fabric can be safely machine washed, even when made of pure wool.
This special finishing ensures a crisp and pleasant hand feel, very high colour fastness and superior dimensional stability compared to standard benchmarks. The natural qualities of wool remain unchanged.

Every one of our fabrics can be made Washable: through a dedicated finishing treatment, we ensure that even pure wool can be safely machine washed.
Our Research and Development team has worked on fabric performance to guarantee the simplest possible garment care. A Washable fabric is machine washable, while the natural characteristics of wool remain unchanged. Colour fastness is extremely high and dimensional stability exceeds standard benchmarks. The hand feel is crisp, modern and dynamic: a Washable fabric is effortlessly “urban”.
The qualities of wool remain unchanged. The Washable version preserves all the natural characteristics of pure wool. Breathability, thermal comfort, elasticity, appearance and fabric performance are fully maintained and, in some cases, even enhanced. The applied treatment allows machine washing without altering the fibre structure, ensuring dimensional stability, softness and aesthetic performance. Wool retains its authenticity, combining technical performance and natural quality even after repeated washing cycles.
